A handle connects you to the tool at hand.

Handles need aesthetics and ergonomic flow

Handles need leverage points for you to hold such that you hold in the know

Handles are for you to be more than your body and so can’t be made shoddy

Handles are made by hand by a man, or a woman, but usually by a machine

If you’re an engineer I hope your design accounts for use by a human being
